Return and Exchange Policy
"Change of mind" Returns:
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Bossco Auto Parts & Accessories Pty Ltd (Bosscoauto) will offer you merchandise credit or refund provided that:
- You notify us that
you intend to make a ‘change of mind’ return of the item within 7 days of
receiving the product (will be determined from tracking confirmation);
- If there is no
tracking confirmation available, you must notify us within 14 days of the item
- The buyer returns
the item to us at their own cost. Alternatively, we may book a pick-up for the
customer and these costs shall be deducted from the refund.
- The item is in a
re-saleable condition including that:
- It has not been installed, is unused and
in its original condition; and
- The product is not one which a change
of mind return is not available (Check the description or return details)
For all ‘change of mind’ refunds, Bosscoauto may choose to minus a 10% restocking fee for the amount refunded. Shipping and installation costs are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for any return shipping that are responsible.
If these requirements are not satisfied, Bosscoauto reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher or refund for change of mind returns.
Bosscoauto will accept product returns and provide you with merchandise credit or replacement product(s) where:
- The product is faulty or is unfit for its intended
- The product does not match the description; and
are notified of the defect within a reasonable time period after invoice date;
- You can provide proof (visual evidence or better
unless otherwise approved by Bosscoauto) of the above; and
- You can provide proof of purchase
Bosscoauto will issue a full refund only if Bosscoauto is unable to provide merchandise credit or replacement product(s) within a reasonable time,
Bosscoauto reserves the right not to not offer merchandise credit, replacement, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
- Bosscoauto reserves the right to
assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing an exchange
or refund. This may result in an exchange or refund being refused.
- Refunds will be issued using your
original payment method
- Gift cards are not redeemable for
- Bosscoauto takes no responsibility
for loss or damage caused by courier companies, whether used by Bosscoauto or
- Bosscoauto takes no responsibility for loss or damage caused by incorrect installation procedures. Bosscoauto will only provide remedies if we deem that we would have made the same error if we had done the installation ourselves. As such, we may ask customers to send back the item at their own cost so that we can test the installation. If we determine that we would have made the mistake, we shall refund the return postage in addition to other remedies offered.
