EOFY 2026 Sale Terms and Conditions

The EOFY 2026 Sale is a promotional sale offering a limited set of discounts through the Bossco Auto Parts & Accessories website checkout.

By participating in the EOFY 2026 Sale or placing an order during the sale period, customers acknowledge and agree that any discounts are available only in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Sale period

The EOFY 2026 Sale begins on Tuesday 16 June 2026 and ends at 12:00pm midday on Tuesday 30 June 2026.

All EOFY 2026 Sale discounts must be used during the sale period and at the time of checkout.

Once the sale period has ended, EOFY 2026 Sale discounts will not be honoured, extended, recreated, manually applied, or retrospectively offered.

Available discounts

During the EOFY 2026 Sale, eligible customers may receive the following discounts through the website checkout:

25% off tub canopies
20% off roller covers
20% off drawers
10% off everything else

Product eligibility, discount eligibility, discount calculation, and discount application are determined by the website checkout at the time the order is placed.

Product eligibility

EOFY 2026 Sale discounts apply only to products that are eligible for the relevant discount at the time of checkout.

We determine which products fall within each discount category. Product names, categories, collections, descriptions, search results, website navigation, advertisements, or marketing material do not override the discount eligibility applied by the website checkout.

If a product does not receive a discount through the website checkout, that product is not eligible for that discount unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing.

Online-only discounts

EOFY 2026 Sale discounts are available online only and must be applied through the website checkout at the time the order is placed.

We may refuse to apply, honour, or manually add any EOFY 2026 Sale discount to any order that is placed in any way other than directly through the website checkout. This includes, but is not limited to:

phone orders;
email orders;
manual invoices;
draft orders;
in-store orders;
trade orders;
special orders; or
any other order not completed directly through the website checkout.

Use of discounts during the sale

EOFY 2026 Sale discounts must be applied and used during the sale period.

Discounts cannot be retrospectively applied to completed orders.

If a customer places an order before the EOFY 2026 Sale begins, that order is not eligible for EOFY 2026 Sale pricing unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

If a customer places an order after the EOFY 2026 Sale ends, that order is not eligible for EOFY 2026 Sale pricing.

If a customer saw, received, expected, believed they were eligible for, or intended to use a discount during the sale period but did not successfully apply it through the website checkout before the sale ended, we may refuse to honour, recreate, extend, or manually apply that discount.

No retrospective discounts after the sale

EOFY 2026 Sale discounts will not be offered retrospectively after the sale has ended.

This applies regardless of whether a customer:

viewed a product during the sale period;
added a product to cart during the sale period;
contacted us during the sale period;
received a quote during the sale period;
saw an advertisement during the sale period;
experienced a technical issue;
forgot to complete checkout;
believed they were eligible for the discount; or
placed an order after the sale period ended.

The only relevant time for discount eligibility is the time the order is completed through the website checkout.

Discount availability

EOFY 2026 Sale discounts are promotional, limited, and subject to availability.

Receiving, seeing, or being offered a discount does not guarantee that the discount will remain available, apply to all products, apply to all customers, or be honoured in every circumstance.

Discounts may not apply where a product is excluded, unavailable, incorrectly categorised, incorrectly displayed, affected by an error, affected by a technical issue, or otherwise not accepted by the website checkout.

Stacking discounts

EOFY 2026 Sale discounts may not stack with other discounts, promotions, codes, offers, price adjustments, trade pricing, special arrangements, or manual discounts unless the website checkout permits the combination at the time the order is placed or we expressly confirm otherwise in writing.

Any stacking is available only where the website checkout permits it at the time the order is placed.

We are not required to manually stack, recreate, adjust, or apply any discount combination that was not successfully applied through the website checkout.

No entitlement to discounts

Nothing in the EOFY 2026 Sale creates an automatic entitlement to any discount.

EOFY 2026 Sale discounts are promotional, discretionary, and subject to change, correction, withdrawal, refusal, or cancellation at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse to honour, apply, reissue, recreate, continue offering, or manually add any discount at any time and for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, where there is:

an error;
a pricing issue;
a product categorisation issue;
a website issue;
a technical issue;
misuse;
suspected abuse;
incorrect application;
unintended stacking;
stock limitation;
incorrect advertising;
incorrect checkout behaviour; or
any other circumstance we consider appropriate.

If an order has been placed using a discount that we choose not to honour, we may cancel the relevant order. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, we will refund the amount paid for that order.

Errors and technical issues

We are not required to honour any discount, price, promotion, or offer that appears, applies, fails to apply, or is displayed due to an error, technical issue, system issue, website issue, advertising issue, or any other unintended circumstance.

We may correct any error, refuse any affected order, cancel any affected order, or withdraw any affected discount or promotion at our discretion.

Other terms and conditions

These EOFY 2026 Sale Terms and Conditions apply in addition to our general terms and conditions, policies, and customer terms, which are available in the Customer Hub section of our website.

Our general terms and conditions continue to apply to all orders, purchases, promotions, discounts, returns, refunds, warranties, shipping, and customer interactions during the EOFY 2026 Sale, except to the extent these EOFY 2026 Sale Terms and Conditions expressly state otherwise.

These EOFY 2026 Sale Terms and Conditions do not replace, limit, or exclude our other applicable terms and conditions. Our other applicable terms and conditions continue to operate alongside these EOFY 2026 Sale Terms and Conditions.

Statutory rights

Nothing in these EOFY 2026 Sale Terms and Conditions, or in any of our other applicable terms and conditions, is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any statutory rights or consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by law.

Where any such rights or guarantees apply, they continue to apply despite anything stated in these EOFY 2026 Sale Terms and Conditions.

Final terms

EOFY 2026 Sale discounts are promotional, discretionary, subject to availability, and subject to change, correction, refusal, cancellation, or withdrawal at any time.

By participating in the EOFY 2026 Sale or placing an order during the sale period, customers acknowledge that EOFY 2026 Sale discounts are only available in accordance with these terms and conditions and only where successfully applied through the website checkout at the time the order is placed.
