LOCKING, WEATHER PROTECTION AND ACCESS
A strong aluminium curtain over the tub, with easy access when it’s time to load up.
01 /LOCKABLE ALUMINIUM SHUTTER
Interlocking 6063 aluminium slats form a strong, lightweight cover over the tub, finished in matte black. Close it, turn the key and lock the tailgate to secure the cargo area.

02 /WATERPROOFING AND DRAINAGE
The aluminium cover is waterproof. Rubber seals close the gaps around it, while drainage channels and pipes carry collected water away from the tub.
A rubber trim meets the inside of the tailgate, with foam shims beneath the cover at each side.
Keeping the whole tub watertight depends on correct installation, including the seals and drainage pipes. Tailgates often aren’t watertight, and some tubs need extra sealing. Follow the instructions supplied with your cover.
03 /MANUAL OPERATION
Release the central handle and the spring-loaded cover rolls back towards the cab. Use the pull rope to bring it back to the tailgate, without reaching into the tub.
It stops closed, midway or fully open, leaving room for taller loads. The spring tension is adjustable.
04 /SPORTS BARS AND ACCESSORIES
Most vehicles can keep their sports bar. Select the option to keep yours where it’s available for your vehicle.
The side tracks also take compatible tub racks, baskets and carriers, so you can make use of the space above the cover.
Racks and carriers are sold separately.
ALLOY ROLLER BOX, LIGHTING AND DRAINS
An alloy roller box houses the shutter when it’s open. Under the handle, a button-operated light lets you see what’s in the tub after dark.
01 / Alloy cassette
The roller box is made from a lightweight alloy for strength and corrosion resistance. It houses the shutter at the front of the tub when the cover is open.
02 / Handle light
Press the button beneath the handle to light up the tub. Handy when you’re looking for something after dark.
Uses a CR2450 battery, not included.
03 / Drainage
Drainage channels feed four corner drains, carrying collected water away from the cargo compartment.
