Description

Loaded Sports Bar V2: By popular demand, we have removed the rear bar off the back of the Loaded Basket so that bulky items can be loaded there. Our customers commonly load oversized offroad spare wheels which no longer fit under the tub or had to be relocated due to water tanks. The basket is also great for small motorbikes, large solar panels and other 4x4 goodies.
Basket measurements. Inner measurements: 1190x630mm. Outer measurements: 1270x665mm
Easily removable basket for the weekend warrior. 12 allen key bolts holds the top basket and brackets to pre-installed rivnuts. Many customers remove the basket during the weekdays to carry bulky/long items in the tub for work and reinstall the basket for weekend fun at the trails.
Super customisable. Red acrylic backing plates accent the CNC '4x4' cutouts on the sports bar. One of the most common mods done to this sports bar is to respray these plates a custom colour (body colour or to match other accessories) or to remove them entirely for a stealthy look.
Universal flat base. To suit most tubs as the sport bar is adjustable in width. It will require drilling into the top of the tub to install the sports bar. Nutserts are provided for here since some tubs are double layered. Swapping to a nut & bolt is possible but please note that this may risk deformation of the panels of the tub as it'd squeeze the tub layers together.
Powder coated black steel
Flat packed to reduce shipping costs. The item will need to be assembled prior to installation.
For wider tubs where there is less crossover between the 3-piece tube of the sports bar, it is recommended to add 4 rivets along the circumference of the centre tube (2 rivets on each side spread at 90 degrees) to strengthen the sports bar

Compatibility Information

Universal fit. To suit tubs with widths between 1450-1650mm (measuring from the top face of the tub where the sports bar can be drilled down into)The width adjustment in this sports bar is allowed by the unique 3-piece design of the main sport bar tube as well as the slotted holes in the flat base bracket. The 3-piece sport bar is made up a centre tube with flared ends that slides over & bolts to the 2 side pieces. The slotted holes in the flat base bracket further accomodates for varying tub widths.This sports bar is not suitable for Mitsubishi Triton as they have a narrower tub - please contact us to be directed to the correct loaded sports bar.This is not suitable to use with hard lids, roller covers or tonneau covers - please contact us to be directed to the correct loaded sports bar
