- Reduce the hazard of engine damage during river or water crossings. The OEM intake tube of the Cannon goes from the airbox into the front driver's side guard. It has a soft tube that is cable tied to 2 harder tubes on either side. The Cannon has been known to get water into it's engine from even axle high water crossings since the tyres pull water up to this intake tube. Protect your engine from being flooded by installing a water-tight snorkel like ours!
