Introducing the ADAS-Compatible 3" Nudge Bar: Designed to avoid interference with the ADAS radar, a vital component for Intelligent Safety Systems like Autonomous Emergency Braking, Forward Collision Warning, and Driver Alerts.
Key Features:
- KISS principle bolt-on design for easy installation.
- Includes sensor relocation brackets and camera relocation bracket. Note: when sensors and cameras are relocated, they may need to be recalibrated by Ford or an authorised ADAS calibration shop such as Bosch. This may incur extra costs - please check with your local calibration supplier.
- Full bolt-on design to the underside of the front of the chassis.
- Removal of the centre air dam/plastic bumper lip may be necessary for access to mounting points.
- Plugs for original parking sensor holes not provided.
- No drilling required during installation.
- 2 Light mounting tabs welded to the top of the bar. Please check if light will interfere with radar.
- Each light mounting tab has a max load rating of 1.5kg.
- Made from powder-coated mild steel for durability.
- Not compatible with aftermarket recovery points.

Equipped with two built-in mounts for driving lights, spaced 435mm apart, our nudge bar allows for easy installation of auxiliary lights to enhance visibility. Each light mounting tab can support up to 1.5kg, providing secure attachment for your auxilary accessories like LEDs or antennas.

With variants in either lightweight powder coated alloy, black powdercoated steel or stainless steel; our Nudge Bars are manufactured to shrug off scrapes, stone chips and surface rust while remaining reliable and strong.

This means that all advanced driver-assistance systems, such as adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, and parking assistance, will continue to operate.
