Description
- Loaded Sports Bar V2: By popular demand, we have removed the rear bar off the back of the Loaded Basket so that bulky items can be loaded there. Our customers commonly load oversized offroad spare wheels which no longer fit under the tub or had to be relocated due to water tanks. The basket is also great for small motorbikes, large solar panels and other 4x4 goodies.
- Basket measurements. Inner measurements: 1190x630mm. Outer measurements: 1270x665mm
- Easily removable basket for the weekend warrior. 12 allen key bolts holds the top basket and brackets to pre-installed rivnuts. Many customers remove the basket during the weekdays to carry bulky/long items in the tub for work and reinstall the basket for weekend fun at the trails.
- Super customisable. Red acrylic backing plates accent the CNC '4x4' cutouts on the sports bar. One of the most common mods done to this sports bar is to respray these plates a custom colour (body colour or to match other accessories) or to remove them entirely for a stealthy look.
- Able to suit most covers. There is a 40mm height gap between the base of the C-Channel bracket & the bolts that go into the bottom of the sports bar. This can be further increased to roughly 50mm if countersunk bolts are used. Please note that the brackets will have to be modified to suit countersunk bolts.
- Powder coated black steel
- Flat packed to reduce shipping costs. The item will need to be assembled prior to installation.
- Drilling into the side of the inner tub rail is required to fit the product. Nutserts are provided to allow easy removal of the sports bar when not in use. These may be swapped out to standard nuts and washers if you do not have a nutsert tool
- For wider tubs where there is less crossover between the 3-piece tube of the sports bar, it is recommended to add 4 rivets along the circumference of the centre tube (2 rivets on each side spread at 90 degrees) to strengthen the sports bar
- Maximum loading capacity (assuming the above): 100kg
